The Wishlist of May

I always have wishlists...and they always change...and then I don't want the things on my wishlist anymore. HAHA. Scatterbrained I am. So, my wishlist for the month of MAY.

Oroton has some pretty okay stuff.
1) irregolari ring//Chunky ring. Love.

2) vintage stud earrings//I've been looking for studs like these. These ones don't look too great though. Hm.

3) frangipani sunglasses//I NEED NEW SUNNIES. LOVE THESE I THINK.

This is a sort of a weird thing to have on a totally materialistic wishlist HAHA.

4) Blue Microphones Snowball Microphone//Man, I want this.
5)Chloe Pleat Maxi Skirt (sportsgirl)//I have been wanting a maxi skirt for aaages. This comes in a cream colour..i think. I'd prefer a lighter colour.
6)Reiss Danielle Maxi Skirt (ASOS)//This is so effing pretty.

9)ASOS Full Maxi Skirt (ASOS)//Not a bad one.
10)purely poetic belted cardigan(ruche)//LOVE.

11)billowing embroidery pleated top (ruche)//PRETTY.

12)FLORAL SCARF (ZARA)//Colorblocking: Subtle, Like.

12)TRICOLOUR SCARF (ZARA)//I dunno, I just like the feeeeel of it.

What a massive list.

Birthday Dress

So I was browsing for a birthday dress...okay, it was just an excuse to actually purchase one. I seriously need to empty out my wardrobe. There is no room to squeeze new clothes in now.
Anyway, I came across this GORGEOUS dress and pondered about it for around two days before I bought it. Of course, as all things go, other dresses caught my eye. *sigh*.

Ruche is sucha lovely site haha! These caught my eye.

So this shall be my birthday dress! I'll need to get something else for clubbing as there are crazy people at clubs which means my lovely dress will get ripped. Well, something like that.

ZARA

My Dad always brought back items from Zara whenever he came back from business trips from the UK or the US. I've always totally loved the quality and designs of Zara so imagine my surprise and total happiness when finding out there would be a flagship store right here in Sydney. It finally opened on Thursday and it's Sunday and i STILL have not been. I simply must go to Pitt St Mall soon. Since I haven't been, I did the next best thing (not really). I browsed the UK site. It is confirmed: I'm going on as soon as the long weekend's over.

However, I wouldn't be surprised if most of the items I've picked aren't even in the Sydney store. Australia's like that. HAHA. Overpriced Gap? Of course. Have you SEEN the prices!? It's almost triple to what you'd pay overseas. Ridiculous. Anyway! My picks ! I would've picked the enitre online store HAHA. I only looked at skirts, dresses and jackets.

So, I don't wear a lot of makeup. I only started wearing makeup last year. Beginning of university. Even then, I didn't like wearing it. But I find if you go to uni all daggy, at least a maked-up face will save you....right? No? Haha! Well now, I don't even bother with the make-up. I lie, I do...sometimes...

Anyhow! When I DO wear makeup I put on eyeliner. That's it really. Sometimes I'll put on mascara and a peachy matte shadow. In terms of face, I am so bad. I never wear foundation. Rarely do I use BB cream either. If it's not sunny, I won't bother putting on sunscreen ( I told you I'm bad). HOWEVER, I sometimes put on tinted moisturiser. Clinique's moisture sheer tint is good.

I also use this totally wonderful creme. It's got SPF 30 in it as well!

I do have BB cream...my Mum went out and got my some which was super lovely of her. It's just that my skin is just so sensitive. I could actually feel the weight of the cream...this BB cream is a really 'weak' and light one as well. But it does have a beautiful finish. So basically, if your skin can take it do try it. It's really nice.

It comes with a pressed powder version as well. Packaging is gorgeous!

In terms of eye makeup, I simply adore CLIO's eyelove eyeliner. It's got a bit of glitter in it which adds an extra oomph. For mascara, I'm currently using Napoleon's peep show and for lash primer, I'm using Clinique's lash building primer.

I usually like Clinique's products, but the lash building primer was a bit of a let-down. I find Lancome's lash primers a lot better.

ASOS, Peter Pan collars. Winter Dresses

So there is adorable peter pan collar dress on ASOS.com...it is seriously so cute. However, sadly, peter pan collars do not suit me. THE DRESS IS TOO CUTE.Anyway, I've always shied away from purchasing items online. My first online purchase was from ebay...I bought DSi XL screen protectors for my little sister. My second purchase, which was just last week, was a 8GB SD card for my camera (also from ebay).
I am now tempted to purchase from ASOS.com. The prices are reasonable and the sales are amazing. Things you can't get in Australia...easily anyway. It is SO hard to find lovely dresses over here. WELL, for a reasonable price anyway. I mean, I wouldn't pay $90 for a piece of flimsy material. So! My picks.
1) I've been after this 60s sort of dress for awhile now. I'm not too sure about this one though...
2) I love the colours on this one. Colour blocking is so in right now haha. I think that's why I really liked that forever21 sweater. I don't like clothing that is TOO bold. This one's just right...I reckon.3) This one's just floaty. Not whimsical floaty, but floaty. pretty. comfortable. Actually, it doesn't look quite 'floaty' in this picture. I do like the navy one too.4) This one's not a dress; a tunic. It's so nice and simple.

Add Video5) LOVE this one. Okay, it's not quite love. Love enough. I do like the structure of the dress.

I guess I'm looking for dresses that are suitable for the coming winter. It's great that all the winter stock in the Northern Hemisphere is either on sale or going on sale. Bargainous.

I am so sad that I couldn't order this sweater.
